Plenty of hidden storage space and a clean appearance - was the wish for the conversion of a Munich flat at Goetheplatz. The customised kitchen is a true storage wonder. It offers space for everything your heart desires. From a hidden coffee machine and water bottle storage to modern kitchen appliances, you'll find everything you need behind sleek white cabinets. The highlight here is the integrated seating corner, which can be used for a cosy breakfast as well as a comfortable workplace with coffee and a laptop. The niche contrasts with the white kitchen in a soft beige tone and a soft cushion with pillows provides plenty of seating comfort. The dark oak parquet floor was laid throughout the flat, to give it an extravagant appeal. Both bathrooms of the apartment got a complete makeover. The master is equipped with a spacious shower with contrasting tiling, a new build in mirror cabinet and a minimalistic washbasin. In the toilet an elegant storage solution was also required, as there had to be space for a washing machine and dryer in addition to the toilet and washbasin. A built-in cupboard now elegantly hides these behind beige doors, while the inside pops out in a fun blue. The rooms are rounded off with accessories in contrasting black.

Viel versteckter Stauraum und ein cleaner Look – war das Motto für den Umbau eines Münchner Apartments am Goetheplatz. Die maßgefertigte Küche ist ein wahres Stauraumwunder. Sie bietet Platz für alles, was das Herz begehrt. Von versteckter Kaffeemaschine, Wasserflaschen-Aufbewahrung, bis hin zu hochmodernen Küchengerätenfindet man hier alles hinter schlichten weißen Fronten. Das Highlight ist die integrierte Sitz-Nische, welche sowohlzum gemütlichen Frühstück als auch als bequemer Arbeitsplatz mit Kaffee und Laptop verwendet werden kann. Die Nische setzt sich durch einen sanften Beige-Ton von der weißen Küche ab und ein weiches Polster mit Kissen bietet jede Menge Komfort. In der gesamten Wohnung wurde ein dunkler Eichenparkett verlegt, der dem Apartment einen außergewöhnlichen Charme verleiht. Beide Bäder der Wohnung wurden komplett neugestaltet. Das Haupt Bad ist mit einer geräumigen Dusche mit kontrastierenden Fliesen, einem neuen Einbauspiegelschrank und einem minimalistischen Waschbecken ausgestattet. Auch im WC war eine intelligente Stauraum-Lösung gefragt, denn hier sollten neben der Toilette und dem Waschbecken auch noch Waschmaschine und Trockner Platz finden. Ein Einbauschrank versteckt diese nun elegant hinter beigen Türen. Accessoires in kontrastreichem schwarz runden die Räume ab.
